The real estate development activity of Groupe SOROUBAT is carried out through two subsidiaries, L’Immobilière du Sud and La Foncière Tunisienne, respectively created in 1993 and 1995.

These two companies, since their creation, have carried out projects mainly for residential, office and commercial uses.

These projects aim to meet the expectations of all social categories through the various standards offered.

All of the group's real estate projects are carried out by Soroubat Bâtiments.
