In 1974, Mr. Noureddine HACHICHA, a young bridge and road technician at the State Secretariat of Public Works in Tunisia, currently the Ministry of Equipment, Housing and Territorial Planning, created the Road Company and Buildings (SOROUBAT), company in the field of construction (Buildings and Public Works).

Over the years, Soroubat has become interested in other sectors of activity, notably real estate development, agriculture and prefabricated concrete products.

Today, with the experience acquired on the national scene, and aware of the challenges of globalization, the Soroubat group has developed a real strategy aimed at promoting its activities beyond borders and its establishment in the African continent, this is how that its subsidiaries in Libya, Algeria, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin, Cameroon and Chad were created.

Currently, the Soroubat Group is made up of 16 subsidiaries in Tunisia and Africa. The creation of other subsidiaries is planned.
